Huy Nguyen, M.D. Dr. Huy T. Nguyen completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Irvine. He then attended medical school at Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, IL. He returned to the University of California, Irvine, where he did his internship, residency, and general cardiology fellowship. He finished his cardiology training with a Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York, NY. He has been blessed to be mentored by Dr. Jagat Narula, Dr. Morton Kern, and Dr. Samin Sharma, all internationally recognized pillars in the cardiology community. Dr. Nguyen is a Diplomat, American Board of Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases, a member of the American Medical Association, American College of Cardiology and the American Society of Echocardiography. |

Timothy A. Moore, M.D. Timothy A. Moore, M.D. is a graduate of Yale University, where he received a B.A. He earned his M.D. from Texas Tech University and returned to Yale for internal medicine residency training. Subsequently practicing internal medicine in New Haven, Connecticut for four years, he then pursued a cardiology fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center and Long Island College Hospital in New York City. His advanced training in cardiology includes an interventional cardiology fellowship at Brown University, a heart failure and transplantation fellowship at Columbia University, and specialized training in nuclear cardiology. His recreational interests include classical music, travel, and sailing. |

Curtis C Hoggarth, O.D. College: North Dakota State University Curtis has been practicing optometry for 24 years, 10 years with Inland Eye Institute and 5 years with Pacific Eye Institute. He owned his own private practice for 9 years. Curtis has lived in the High Desert for the past 16 years. He is very excited to be working with HDPC they share the same philosophy when it comes to care. Provide attentive, quality and timely patient care. Curtis looks forward to serving the HDPC family members that he has seen in the past and meeting new ones. |

Shahzad Azad, RPT College: University of East London, UK Shahzad graduated from the University of East London, which is where he gained his clinical skills, and worked in several major hospitals in Central London while attending school. Shahzad is a Registered Physical Therapist who has a keen interest in outpatient physical therapy and enjoys treating patients of all ages. He is a compassionate and caring person who believes in delivering high quality care to all patients. Fluent in English and Urdu, Shahzad feels privileged to be affiliated with High Desert Primary Care Medical Group. |

Angela Amoani, PA-C Angela has been in practice as a Physician's Assistant since 2007 and enjoys the Urgent Care atmosphere. A graduate of Charles R. Drew University Angela obtained her B.S in Health Science and her degree from the Physicians Assistant program. Angela is also a member in good standing of the California Medical Disaster Response Team and the California Association of Physicians Assistants and the Physicians Assistants for Global Health. |

Jonathan Luna, PA-C Physician Assistant Luna is Board Certified in Family Practice. He performed his medical schooling at Riverside County Regional Medical Center in Moreno Valley, where he also performed his internship. He speaks some Spanish and especially enjoys treating and advising his patients on urgent medical matters. When not hard at work, he enjoys dirt bike riding and camping. |
